5 Week Beginner Yoga Courses
Starting yoga or returning back to yoga after a big break can be a very daunting experience, however it can be one of the best things you can do for your health and mental wellbeing. To get over the first hurdle, the easiest and safest way to start yoga is to do one of our dedicated 5 week beginner yoga courses. This insures that you will be at a level of ability to safely and comfortably join our casual attendance classes. These courses are limited to just 16 students and run at the same time each week. If you cannot make one of the nights you may be able to attend one of the other beginner courses on a different day so you can complete each week.

Our courses are run by fully qualified yoga teachers and we supply everything you need to get started. These courses are suitable for all ages, fitness and abilities.
