5 Week Beginner Yoga Courses
Starting yoga or returning back to yoga after a big break can be a very daunting experience, however it can be one of the best things you can do for your health and mental wellbeing. To get over the first hurdle, the easiest and safest way to start yoga is to do one of our dedicated 5 week beginner yoga courses. This insures that you will be at a level of ability to safely and comfortably join our casual attendance classes. These courses are limited to just 18 students and run at the same time each week. Our studio is Covid safe and we have a compehensive plan in place.
In our 5 week beginner course you will learn:
- The salute to the sun warm up sequence
- 20 beginner postures
- Different styles of yoga
- How to use props to support yourself in postures
- Breathing techniques
- Some yogic philosophy
Our courses are run by fully qualified yoga teachers and we supply everything you need to get started. These courses are suitable for all ages, fitness and abilities.
(Included in the price is access to online versions each week so you can practice at home.)
